Recently a client came to us to discuss their aging server.  After reviewing how they are using their server and how they wanted to access their data we concluded a cloud solution would be a great way to move forward.  Using Microsoft Office365 we migrated their mail to Exchange.  This gave their field workers quick and easy access to their mailboxes on all their devices plus now their calendars, contacts and email synced between their desktop, laptop and mobile devices.  In addition we moved their data files to Microsoft Teams.  By having real time access to their data with whatever devics they had in their hand the sales people were able to close more deals faster.  Office staff wer able to update files and give access to the field staff avoiding sending large files via email.  Most importantly the company saved thousands of dollars by not having to invest in expensive hardware and maintenance.
