Case Study #2

Problem – Company with two locations had an outdated phone system that did not allow to transfer calls outside the office or between offices.  Users were tired of callers asking to speak to a particular person only to tell them “sorry they have to call this other number” 

Solution – We were able to replace their phone system with a new Cloud PBX hosted phone system.  Phones were placed in both offices and in some cases at the staff home offices.  With no equipment to install or additional networking required we were able to get them up and running on the their new phone system in a relatively short period of time.  Now the company only needed one receptionist to answer calls for both offices and is able to transfer calls to any extension or outside number such as a field workers cell phone.  The field workers can also make outgoing calls using the new smartphone app and appear to be calling from the office instead of their cell phone.  The company was also able to save a large amount of money as now all calls across Canada and the US are no longer long distance.
